About The Position

The Wyler Collection, Dublin is hiring Full time / Part Time Drivers to pick up and deliver vehicles between dealerships. The role involves maintaining a professional appearance, ensuring vehicle identification and stock numbers match paperwork, and verifying that dealer invoices accompany paperwork. Drivers must inspect vehicles for cleanliness and damage before leaving the lot and immediately notify the manager if damage is found. They are also responsible for ensuring all reference guides, keys, wheel locks, and other accessories accompany traded vehicles and are delivered to the appropriate manager. Thorough inspection of newly traded vehicles for damage and missing items (keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, accessories) is required before accepting delivery. If damage is found, the GSM or Manager on duty must be contacted before returning with the vehicle. Other duties may be required.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record that meets company standards.
A friendly and positive demeanor
Excellent listening skills to ensure clear communication and understanding.
Exceptional customer service
Strong communication skills, both on and off the road

Responsibilities

Picks up and delivers vehicles between dealerships.
Maintains professional appearance.
Ensures that each vehicle's vehicle identification and stock numbers match the paperwork.
Ensure copies of dealer invoices accompany paperwork for each vehicle.
Ensure that the vehicle being traded is clean and undamaged before leaving the lot.
Notify Manager on duty immediately if any damage is found on the vehicle being traded.
Ensure all reference guides, keys, wheel locks, etc., accompany all traded vehicles and deliver this information to the appropriate manager when the trade is complete.
Newly traded vehicles must be thoroughly inspected, inside and out, before accepting delivery from the dealership.
If damage is found (i.e. scratches, door dings, etc.), contact GSM or the Manager on duty before leaving their lot.
DO NOT return with a damaged vehicle unless you have notified the GSM or Desk Manager.
Note any missing keys, books, wheel locks, floor mats, etc.
Make every effort to ensure these items accompany the appropriate vehicle.
Always make sure accessories that are listed are in fact on the vehicle.
