About The Position
We are currently hiring an Onsite Supervisor for our Drivers team in Brooklyn Park, MN. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for impacting lives and our community. The primary purpose of this position is to work primarily onsite at a customer's facility and may be responsible for a branch-supported on-site account where recruiting occurs in the branch. This role is crucial in ensuring that our staffing solutions meet the needs of our clients while maintaining high standards of service and compliance. In this position, you will be responsible for building and maintaining good relationships at all levels of the customer's organization. You will deliver exceptional service by handling all customer service inquiries, concerns, and issues, ensuring consistent quality. You will work closely with the customer's team to coordinate and forecast staffing requirements, facilitating new hire orientations and pre-training with temporary staffing employees for a smooth transition to assignment. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include managing and overseeing the daily timekeeping process and reconciliation of time to ensure payroll and invoice accuracy. You will complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting on key performance indicators, using this information to communicate with the customer and identify areas for improvement. Additionally, you will counsel temporary employees regarding attendance, productivity, and overall job performance, while maintaining compliance with Staffmark Drivers operations, systems, and employee records. Safety is a top priority, and you will support Staffmark Drivers Safety requirements and participate in the customer's safety program. This includes verifying that employees follow safety policies and any PPE requirements, conducting accident reviews, investigations, and reporting injuries as needed. You will also implement employee programs and activities to improve KPI performance, such as absenteeism and turnover, ensuring all drivers meet Staffmark Drivers and customer license and MVR requirements. In some cases, you may operate customer vehicles and perform road testing of candidates.
