About The Position
COME JOIN OUR TEAM!! Our Bridgeport Division is looking for reliable and dependable Drivers Helpers/Sanitation Workers to become a valued employees on our solid waste collection team to support our ongoing success in a family-like environment. The position requires you to ride on the back of a trash truck and perform several essential roles, such as assisting the driver to safely navigate the truck, frontline customer service, and collect curbside waste and/or recycling in a safe and efficient manner. COMPENSATION: You can earn up to $50,000 per year with all criteria met. $154.00 daily rate with excellent attendance and route completion. WORK SCHEDULE: 10 hours per day 5 days per week some mandatory Saturday's JP Mascaro & Sons is a locally owned and operated private family owned company who has been experiencing record growth and success. Requirements
- Ability to stand, walk, lift and carry for long periods of time
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to work outside in all types of weather
- Requires constant lifting, walking and climbing onto and off of truck
- Must be able to ride on the rear step of the truck while in motion
