About The Position
The Driver’s Helper assists CDL and non-CDL drivers with the safe, efficient loading, transportation, and unloading of household and commercial goods. This position plays a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction, protecting client property, and supporting compliance with company safety standards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Prior moving, warehouse, or logistics experience preferred (not required).
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Strong work ethic and punctuality.
- Basic math and inventory skills.
- Pass Background Check
- Must have reliable transportation to get to work daily/

Responsibilities
- Assist drivers with loading and unloading furniture, cartons, equipment, and household goods.
- Properly pad, wrap, and protect furniture and fragile items.
- Safely carry, lift, and maneuver items in homes, offices, stairways, elevators, and trucks.
- Secure cargo using straps, load bars, and protective materials.
- Assist with packing and unpacking services when required.
- Follow inventory procedures and assist with tagging and documentation.
