About The Position

TWO MEN AND A TRUCK® is seeking Drivers and General Laborers in Las Vegas South to provide exceptional moving services. The role focuses on delivering a positive moving experience for customers while adhering to safety and operational protocols. Employees will be part of a team that values care and respect, following the core value of THE GRANDMA RULE®.

Requirements

• Be 21 years or older to be a Driver or 18 years or older to be a Mover.
• Possess a valid driver's license to be a Driver.
• Ability to lift/carry 150 pounds repeatedly throughout the day.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in general labor, landscaping, transportation, construction, production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or warehouse is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Delight customers by providing a positive moving experience.
• Safely and carefully load and unload customers' belongings.
• Maintain open communication with team members and customers throughout the move.
• Act as the Team Leader for the moving team (for Drivers).
• Safely drive and maneuver a 26-foot moving truck (for Drivers).
• Complete daily truck inspections and equipment inventory (for Drivers).
• Comply with all FMCSA and DOT regulations (for Drivers).
• Complete move paperwork and customer payment (for Drivers).
