Requirements

• Must have a clean driving record.
• Must be able to safely assist persons in wheelchairs to be fastened in vehicle.
• Must be able to enter and exit vehicle multiple times through shift.
• Must be able to accompany riders to and from door in outdoor environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to team members as needed.
• Safely transport assigned riders. This is a door-to-door service. You should always pick up riders at their door and walk them into their destination.
• Ensure that your vehicle is clean, safe, and in good working order.
• Communicate any issues with your assigned vehicle to the transportation manager immediately upon discovery.
• Always follow all applicable traffic laws.
• Texting while driving is prohibited. You may only talk and drive if using a handsfree device.
• Attend team meetings as needed. As a representative of Zoom Group, DSP should always act as a professional.
• Complete daily documentation as directed.
• Fuel vehicle as needed. Zoom Group vehicles should never be parked with less than tank of fuel. You may only use company funds for approved purchases such as fuel, washer fluid, car washes, windshield wiper blades, or other items approved by manager.
