About The Position

Progressive Mechanical is looking for a dependable and safety-conscious Driver to support our Bay City operations. This role involves transporting tools, materials, and equipment using a variety of company vehicles including stake trucks, semi-trucks, and trailers.

Requirements

• Valid CDL - Class A
• Clean driving record
• Experience with stake trucks, trailers, or semis preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
• Strong work ethic and attention to safety

Responsibilities

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to deliver and pick up materials and equipment between job sites, vendors, and our fabrication shop
• Ensure all loads are properly secured and comply with safety standards
• Complete daily vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
• Keep accurate delivery logs and follow routing instructions
• Communicate with field and shop teams to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Assist in the yard or shop when needed
