About The Position

Ennoble Care is a mobile primary care, palliative care, and hospice service provider with patients in New York, New Jersey, Maryland, DC, Virginia, Oklahoma, Kansas, Pennsylvania, and Georgia. Ennoble Care’s clinicians go to the home of the patient, providing continuum of care for those with chronic conditions and limited mobility. Ennoble Care offers a variety of programs including, remote patient monitoring, behavioral health management, and chronic care management, to ensure that patients receive the highest quality of care by a team they know and trust. The company seeks individuals who are driven to make a difference and embody their motto, “To Care is an Honor.” The drivers are compassionate, caring, reliable and responsible individuals charged with getting providers to their destinations safely and on time. They work with clinicians and staff to reach healthcare goals and keep the lines of communication open. In this role, the driver will play an important part in the ability to provide exceptional care by bringing the providers to see their scheduled patients.

Responsibilities

• Show up to work in a timely manner
• Take work orders from supervisor for client trip
• Drive clients to their destinations on time
• Report any incidents or accidents to the supervisor
• Adhere to company policies and protocol
• Maintain vehicle maintenance such as oil changes, inspections, etc
• Drive in inclement weather such as light snow, etc.
• Use route navigation apps and knowledge of area to get all appointments in a timely manner
• Interact with providers in a professional manner
• Maintain a professional Image a must. Well-groomed and dressed for consideration.
• Follow all the traffic rules when they are driving as poor driving can led to termination from the job
• Coordinate working schedules with the provider
• Coordinate PTO & Call outs with the provider and supervisor
