About The Position

Requirements

• 21+ with a valid CA driver’s license & clean driving record (3yrs+)
• Strong communicator who’s comfortable explaining pricing & giving estimates
• Reliable, goal-driven, and physically fit
• Team player with a positive attitude and customer-first mindset
• Able to work at least one weekend day
• Working smart phone that can download multiple apps

Nice To Haves

• Former experience in warehouse, operations, sales, and customer service are especially well-suited for this role.

Responsibilities

• Start each day with a teammate and a planned route
• Drive a company truck to customer homes and businesses
• Talk with customers, explain the service and provide estimates
• Remove furniture, appliances, and other unwanted items safely
• Lift and carry 75+ lbs throughout the shift
• Divert items for donation, recycling, or disposal
• Stay in communication with the operations manager throughout the day
