About The Position

Supports the mission, core values and customer service of Home Dialysis Services LLC (HDS). Adheres to the Home Dialysis Services Policies and Procedures and Compliance Program including all state and federal regulatory requirements. The Driver distributes and retrieves products and other materials promptly to and from patients and staff members. Driver will represent company in a professional and cost effective manner aiming at increasing profitability and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

PC proficiency is a plus
Good presentation & communication skills
Must be productive & resourceful with the ability to meet deadlines
Able to pass a driving background check with no moving violations in the past 3 years
Must be a self-starter who can work independently yet function in a highly collaborative, fast-paced team environment
Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and meet deadlines effectively
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong data entry, organizational and interpersonal skills
High integrity, team player with patient service focus and flexibility
High school diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

Deliver and retrieve a wide variety of items to and from different addresses and through different routes
Follow routes and time schedules
Use extreme care with items of value to ensure safe transport
Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate delivery vehicle
Ability to lift between 50-75 lbs.
Participate in individual & group projects as directed by management
Other duties, as assigned
Responsible for supporting the values and customer service standards of HDS.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all staff, clients and vendors
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Initiates action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
