About The Position

Balance Life & Work with a New Career Opportunity (LONG TERM CARE) (SHORT TERM REHAB) (SKILLED NURSING) Now Hiring - Driver - Lowell. MA Salary Range- $23.00-$26.00/Hr CareOne at Lowell The Driver will be responsible, but is not limited to: Deliver supplies and medication to patient's/nursing homes Maintain appropriate documentation (i.e. delivery tickets) Pick up, clean and calibrate equipment as required Perform small maintenance on vehicle Maintain vehicle mileage/vehicle check log and service schedule Report equipment hazards and/or product incidents as required in accordance with company policy Properly exchange Emergency Kits (E-Kits) at facilities. Maintain custody of controlled medications until delivery and return delivery documentation as required. Ensure communication with delivery supervisors for additional assignments prior to ending the shift. Able and willing to drive in various weather conditions Maintain a clean work environment (i.e. leave the delivery vehicle interior clean). Become familiar with all delivery routes, entire delivery area, and be able to efficiently adjust the route for weather conditions and construction. Report delivery vehicle concerns to Driver Services Supervisor for correction.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • One year of driver services experience
  • Must be reliable and dependable
  • Organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a multi-tasked environment
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work
