About The Position

Enterprise Mobility is seeking a responsible, dedicated person to join their team as a Seasonal Driver. This position pays $15 per hour, with an additional $1.00 per hour on Sunday and $0.50 per hour on Saturday. The role is located at the Richmond International Airport. This is a seasonal position with flexible start dates in April and May 2026, and it cannot exceed 180 days. Enterprise Mobility is the largest and fastest-growing privately owned automotive rental and leasing company in North America, operating brands like Enterprise Rent-A-Car, National Car Rental, and Alamo Rent A Car. This is a non-CDL, local driving position that involves driving multiple new model cars. The company, privately held by the Taylor family, manages a diverse fleet of 2.4 million vehicles across more than 9,500 locations in over 90 countries and territories.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years (No more than 8 points total on the driving record)
• No drug or alcohol related violation on your driving record in the past 3 years (i.e., DUI, DWI)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work authorization sponsorship from our company for an employment based work permit or other work authorization document now or in the future
• Seasonal employees may work up to 180 days during a defined season. They must experience a 3 month break in service at the end of the season prior to working again as a seasonal or regular employee

Responsibilities

• Transport and shuttle rental vehicles around and between National/Alamo and Enterprise locations at the Airport location
• Drive vehicles from return location to cleaning/servicing location
• Drive serviced vehicles from cleaning location to ready line location and park for easy access by customers
• Move vehicles to different areas of the lot or facility as needed and directed by management
• Deliver vehicles to other Enterprise locations off Airport property as directed by management
• Ride with or follow drivers to drop off vehicle(s) or pick up vehicle(s)
• May need to communicate via 2-way radio or cellular phone
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
