About The Position

We’re hiring a Full‑Time Shuttle Driver to safely transport resort guests and team members throughout our Cocoa Beach property. This on‑site, mid‑level role operates on a 4‑days‑on / 3‑days‑off schedule and requires excellent customer service and safe driving skills. If you have a CDL with a passenger endorsement and enjoy working in a guest-focused environment, this is a great opportunity to join a hospitality‑driven team.

Requirements

Valid CDL driver’s license with passenger endorsement (P)
Minimum 1 year of experience driving similar-size vehicles
High school diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Clean and satisfactory driving record
Ability to complete and maintain required defensive driving / safety training
Strong customer service and communication skills
Ability to sit for extended periods and occasionally lift/move up to 20 lbs.
Comfortable working on-site in a fast-paced resort/hospitality environment

Responsibilities

Transport guests and team members along established resort routes
Assist disabled passengers entering and exiting vehicles
Communicate with dispatch via radio
Deliver interoffice mail as needed
Perform daily vehicle inspections, fueling, and cleaning
