About The Position
As a key member of the sales staff, reports directly to the Zone Manager, is responsible for delivering, rotating, and merchandising all company products, maintaining all invoices, and accurate accounting of all products and currency.
Requirements
- Class A CDL certified
- Acceptable motor vehicle record
- Knowledge of the delivery area and/or ability to read a keymap
- Require limited supervision
- Ability to perform labor-intensive work
- Good interpersonal communication skills
Responsibilities
- Delivery of assigned stops on a daily basis in a timely manner.
- Ensure proper rotation of all packages.
- Ensure placement of temporary point of sale.
- Face and fill all company products upon each delivery.
- Balance all invoices with revenues received and product transactions at the end of each workday.
- Perform vehicle inspections, generate inspection reports, and refuel trucks on a daily basis.
- Consolidate all pallets, products, and remove all trash from the truck/van at the end of each day.
- Maintain, change, and keep the company phone on your person throughout the workday.
- Adhere to company policies and D.O.T. and O.S.H.A. regulations.
- Maintain company equipment.
- Operate a forklift and or pallet jack (speed drivers).
