About The Position

Now Hiring Part-Time Transit Bus Driver with Articulating experience in Rockville, MD - Serving Montgomery County Bus Lanes We are currently on the lookout for an experienced CDL Driver to join our elite team in Rockville, MD. As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service. Transdev is proud to offer: Competitive compensation package of minimum $18.00 – Maximum $22.00 Benefits include: Vacation: minimum of two (2) weeks Sick days: 5 days Holidays: 12 days; 8 standard and 4 floating Other standard benefits: 401(k) retirement plan, medical, dental and vision, life insurance, short-term disability, voluntary long-term disability. Requirements

• Good verbal communication skills
• At least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license for at least 3 years
• Need to have active CDL
• Experience with Articulating Buses
• Be subject to a drug screen & physical
• Subject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable. DOT Regulation 49 CFR Part 40 does not authorize the use of Schedule I drugs, including cannabis, for any reason.
• Be eligible to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future (if based in the U.S.).
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Safely transports Buses.
• Perform pre/post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Move buses/articulating buses from one location to another.
