CTF Illinois is seeking a Part-Time Driver to safely transport individuals with developmental disabilities throughout the South Suburbs of Chicago. This role offers meaningful work, a supportive environment, and a reliable split-shift schedule. Shift Hours: 7am-9am & 2pm-4pm ✨ Starting Wage: $18/hour What You’ll Do Safely transport individuals to and from their day program, ensuring on-time arrival. Operate a variety of vehicles, including shuttle buses, passenger vans, minivans, and cars. Accurately complete attendance sheets for morning and afternoon routes. Report any accidents and follow proper procedures when needed. Communicate important information about rider behavior, seizures, or disruptions. Notify the appropriate staff about vehicle needs, such as maintenance or oil changes. Complete DSP training within 120 days of hire. Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
  • Valid driver’s license with no more than two moving violations in the past two years.
  • Ability to pass a PACE physical, including a drug test.
  • Willingness to attend a paid Saturday PACE certification class in Plainfield.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required.
