About The Position

Recovery Network provides quality addiction treatment, behavioral health therapy & treatment for individuals with a dual diagnosis. We are seeking a highly motivated, reliable, & professional, full-time driver to join our team in our Baltimore City location. Our mission is to provide an opportunity for individuals to learn how to live a positive, sober lifestyle while empowering them to make changes that will lead to successful, independent living. Hours: Full time Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm Must be flexible in case the driver is needed earlier than 9:00am or later than 5:00pm. Starting work before 9:00am would always be communicated in advance. Staying late after 5:00pm would be based upon traffic, admissions, etc. - TYPICAL hours are Monday - Friday from 9:00am - 5:00pm.

Requirements

Professionalism
Maintaining strong boundaries & ethics with all client, staff & referral interactions.
Valid Driver's License
Good driving record
Ability to observe, identify, document & inform others if physical, cognitive & behavioral changes are a concern.
Understands the field of addiction, mental health, & recovery.

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in Behavioral Health is a plus.

Responsibilities

Transporting individuals to our residential treatment program(s).
Transporting clients to their next destination after successful completion of the residential treatment program.
Transporting clients to approved appointments or court hearings as needed & stay with the client during the appointment.
Communicate when clients are picked up / dropped off.
Ability to use technology, apps, smartphone for daily transportation instructions.
