About The Position
The Driver will be responsible for driving a company vehicle throughout the assigned geographic area and ensure safety of self and others while driving.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of driving experience.
- Valid NYS Driver’s License.
- Medical DOT Card (as required for regulated driving roles).
- Clean driving record.
- Ability to lift a minimum of 25 lbs (including lifting boxes).
- Ability to climb in and out of the truck as needed for deliveries.
Responsibilities
- Sort material and prepare loads for delivery.
- Load and unload cargo.
- Execute local deliveries and obtain authorization signatures.
- Make deliveries to customers as scheduled.
- Ensure proper receipt, coordination, and safety of all goods coming through the warehouse.
- Ensure products are stocked correctly and safely.
- Climb in and out of the truck repeatedly throughout the shift.
