About The Position
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders - Inspect products for quality, accuracy, and condition upon arrival. - Organize and maintain inventory within the warehouse - Prepare, pack, and label outgoing shipments to ensure safe delivery - Coordinate with carriers and schedule pickups - Maintain accurate shipping and receiving records in the inventory system - Assist with warehouse organization, recycling processes, and asset recovery - Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily and weekly shipping goals
Requirements
- Previous shipping/receiving or warehouse experience preferred
- Computer literacy for inventory tracking and shipping software
- Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to lift to 50 lbs
- Must be a team player and committed to Mender’s mission of sustainability and circularity
- Prefer bilingual but will take Spanish-only and English-only candidates
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
