About The Position

Requirements

  • Valid Class A CDL and at least 21 years of age (DOT requirement for interstate operations)
  • Must have acceptable MVR
  • Be able to DOT physical and DOT drug test
  • Required to sign a Consent to Collection of In‑Cab System Data (‘Consent Form’) for in-cab cameras

Nice To Haves

  • One-year verifiable driving experience preferred
  • Forklift experience a plus

Responsibilities

  • Trailer Movement (from main yard to second yard)
  • Ensure efficient loading, unloading and overall workflow
  • Maintain yard organization
  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness and operational capacity
  • Adhere to company and departmental policies
  • Perform pre/post trip inspections of all equipment
  • Report equipment and payload problems/hazards
  • Perform in-route inspection of all equipment
  • Understand and practice ADS CORE VALUES
