Qualifications Part Time – 15 hours per week

Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent
Prior driver/delivery experience helpful but not required
Class E driver’s license or above
Ability to positively interact with clients, staff, and donors
Ability to operate assigned vehicle
Ability to work and meet deadlines independently with minimum supervision
Must possess a valid class E driver's license (or above) from the state of residence.
Must be approved through The Salvation Army Fleet Safety Program to drive either a Salvation Army or personal vehicle on Salvation Army business.

Responsibilities

Provide client transportation services
Assist clients on and off vehicle
Collect fees, issue receipts as needed, and turn in collected funds to office at end of day
Provide materials pickup and delivery services
Load and unload materials
Perform inspection of vehicle(s)
Perform daily maintenance on vehicle and equipment
Arrange for service to vehicle(s)
Report damage, problems or malfunction of vehicle(s)/equipment to management.
Other duties as assigned
