About The Position

Essential Functions: Prepares and organizes incoming/outbound cases according to destination. Develops and maintains relationship with Customers by providing pick-up and delivery of dental cases, marketing materials, and/or samples. Pick-up mail at local Post Office. Input outgoing cases for delivery into the database. Input invoices with delivery communications into the database. Provides communication with appropriate personnel on Teams and email. Updates Elektra with case drop-off/pick-up information; changes case status as appropriate. Sorts and unloads inbound and outbound cases; delivers cases to appropriate department as needed. Reviews invoices for accuracy; alerts lab manager of discrepancies. Distributes packages according to Department and Company guidelines as necessary. Prepares shipping documents as needed. Monitors inventory levels for shipping materials. Replenishes and restocks materials needed to process incoming and outbound orders. Removes foam, trash, and recycled boxes; replenishes materials as necessary. Identifies and bundles multiple shipments intended for a single recipient. Follows pre-established shipping guidelines and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Follows route for each workday based on scheduled pick-ups/drop-offs assigned in the morning; communicates route to Manager and Customer Service, and Sales group. Performs other related duties and projects as business needs require at direction of management. Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in scheduling, shipping based positions or logistics, a plus. Special Requirements/Certification: Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record. Pay Range: $18.00-$20.00/hr.
