About The Position

Part-Time Driver

Grand Villa of Altamonte Springs is seeking a dedicated and responsible Part-Time Driver to join our senior living community. This role offers an excellent opportunity to provide essential transportation services to our residents, ensuring their comfort and safety while fostering a caring environment.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Prior experience in driving, transportation, or a related role preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to assist seniors with mobility and provide compassionate service
• Knowledge of local area and navigation skills
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work three days a week
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to safety protocols

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in driving, transportation, or a related role preferred

Responsibilities

• Safely operate community vehicles to transport residents to appointments, outings, and other destinations
• Assist residents with boarding and alighting from vehicles as needed
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of the vehicle at all times
• Follow all traffic laws and company policies to ensure safe transportation
• Keep accurate records of trips and vehicle maintenance needs
• Provide friendly and respectful service to residents, promoting a positive community atmosphere
