Check out video here. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xJYdYedoFMg&list=PPSV Regular work attendance is an essential job function as we are a small company and operate with a small work force. Regular work hours start at 5:30 a.m. Due to the nature of Gravel Shooters’ business, employees are required to work overtime as needed, which occurs almost daily. Notice of the need to work overtime may be given at very short notice due to the nature of the work. It is impossible to tell what jobs will call in for the day, and how much time the particular job will require until the employee actually shows up to the jobsite. We will do our best to allow overtime to be declined. However, with the small work force we hire, it puts undue stress on co-workers who are required to pick up the extra work.
