About The Position

Touchmark at Emerald Lake in McKinney, Texas, is currently seeking the right person to join our team as a Driver interested in working as needed to assist with high demands of transportation needs for our residents. As a Driver, you will enrich lives each day by transporting active, dynamic residents to appointments, shopping trips, lunches, and other outings in our van or bus. Your courteous and good-natured personality will add an extra aspect of enjoyment to resident excursions, giving you the daily opportunity to be a positive presence in the lives of residents..

Requirements

• Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and to encourage others to be allies, friends and givers
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• MUST be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, and be able to provide an annual MVR driving record with favorable results
• Enjoy working with seniors, being part of a Life Enrichment team, and promoting a full, energetic lifestyle
• Be able to read, write, and speak English
• Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
• Be able to pass a background check and drug screening
