Freshly Printed: The Role You Have Been Looking For As a Driver for Modern Litho, you will play a key role in ensuring products are delivered safely and efficiently to customers across the state. This position is responsible for transporting materials in a timely manner while representing the company with professionalism at each stop. You will also provide clear and helpful information to both customers and internal team members, supporting strong communication and overall success. From Set up to Finish: Your Role in the Process Follow all established company and departmental policies and procedures Deliver products on time to support accurate proof processing and meet customer deadlines Maintain company vehicles, including cleanliness and routine preventative care Demonstrate reliability through consistent attendance and punctuality Use basic computer systems as needed to support daily operations The Fine Print: What You Need to Succeed High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of recent related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience Safe driving record and strong knowledge of central Missouri area Valid Class E license required Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Basic computer skills to enter data Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift Willingness to work overtime as needed Your Production Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Overtime available All The Good Stuff: Your Benefits Company-sponsored 401(k) Plan with Employer Match Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Health Savings Account (HSA) & Flexible Spending Account (FSA) Voluntary Benefits: Short-Term Disability, Long-Term Disability, and Life Insurance Paid Time Off (PTO) 9 Paid Holidays $1,000 Employee Referral Bonus Employee Wellness Program

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; one to two years of recent related experience and/or training preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Safe driving record and strong knowledge of central Missouri area
  • Valid Class E license required
  • Strong attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
  • Basic computer skills to enter data
  • Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and perform pulling, pushing, reaching, stooping, and standing activities for the entirety of the shift
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
