What You’ll Do: Prepare, ship, receive, and schedule delivery of medical products and surgical sets Ensure timely delivery of instrument sets and handle pick-up/return of loaner sets Arrange and organize merchandise for transport (both outbound deliveries and returns) Load, unload, stack, and arrange products/containers at customer locations and in the vehicle Drive company vehicle (and occasionally personal vehicle) to deliver medical supplies using maps or GPS for efficient route planning Perform daily vehicle safety inspections, basic maintenance (fuel, oil, water), and keep the vehicle clean, organized, and in good condition Maintain accurate records, reports, delivery logs, and customer files; record transactions and issues on receipts Update and maintain associated databases and client information Provide excellent customer service—field questions, address complaints, and communicate effectively with customers and Branch team members Create and review lists of deliveries and pick-ups; arrange merchandise for direct use and consignment Participate in on-call rotation to support urgent needs Implement and support Quality initiatives throughout the branch What You Bring: High School diploma or equivalent required Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record Occasional use of personal automobile may be required Demonstrated skills in providing high-quality customer service Knowledge of principles and methods for moving/handling medical products Strong phone and interpersonal communication skills—able to communicate clearly verbally and in writing Proficiency using computer software for record-keeping, databases, and logistics tasks Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to plan/prioritize work effectively Why VB Spine?
