About The Position

We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Recovery Route Driver / Warehouse Associate to join our team. This dual-role position is responsible for the recovery of materials or products from customer sites along a designated route and assisting with day-to-day warehouse operations. The ideal candidate is a team player with strong organizational skills and a commitment to customer service.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (CDL preferred but not required).
Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly and work in varying weather conditions.
Previous driving and/or warehouse experience preferred.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Must be dependable and able to work independently.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification is a plus (or willingness to obtain).

Responsibilities

Operate company vehicle to collect recovery materials (e.g., used products, returns, recyclable goods) from customer locations on assigned routes.
Load and unload materials, ensuring secure transport.
Maintain accurate records of pickups, deliveries, and inventory.
Communicate effectively with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams.
Move trailers and containers to and from loading docks, staging areas, and parking spots within the yard.
Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
Assist in receiving, storing, and organizing materials in the warehouse.
Perform inventory checks, labeling, and order preparation.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of warehouse space.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or other warehouse equipment as needed (training provided if necessary).
Support general facility upkeep and safety procedures.
