About The Position

Cenero is looking for a Driver/Warehouse Technician to conduct local and interstate deliveries of audiovisual equipment in support of local and remote integration projects. He/She is responsible for representing our company in a professional manner while ensuring safe and timely delivery. Additionally, this position will also assist the Warehouse Manager with testing of equipment and material handling as needed.

Requirements

  • High school, trade school or college education or related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Proven working experience as a Delivery Driver
  • General knowledge and hands on experience with material handling
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients
  • Must be able to lift 75lbs regularly
  • Valid driver's license with minimum of 3 years clean driving record
  • Current DOT Certification or ability to obtain
  • Basic knowledge of Windows-based computers and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-pace, changing environment

Responsibilities

  • Use proper methods to carefully load/unload, pack and secure materials in transit for installations
  • Setup and test displays and other basic configurations in warehouse in advance of delivery
  • Interface with Production and Warehouse Management as well as Cenero Project Managers and supervisors by providing timely updates on the status of deliveries
  • Effectively communicate with the staff at client sites regarding equipment delivery (location and dock times
  • Accept shipments from both Parcel and Freight carriers.
  • Assist in packing freight for shipping
  • Utilize and maintain proper PPE protocol at all times
  • Follow DOT regulations and safety standards
  • Maintain a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and embrace a team-centric environment
  • Other duties as assigned
