About The Position

Family-owned FlynnO'Hara Uniforms, founded in 1972, is a Philadelphia-based supplier and retailer of high-quality school uniforms, gym wear, and medical apparel. FlynnO'Hara Uniforms is currently seeking a Full-Time or Part-Time Driver/Warehouse Associate. In this role, you will make deliveries to our retail locations throughout Philadelphia, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, and Virginia. When not on the road, you will assist with various warehouse duties. The ideal candidate is a mature, dependable individual over the age of 23 with a clean driving record for the past 3-5 years.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• Clean driving record (minimum 3-5 years; background check required)
• Experience driving 24-foot box trucks and Sprinter vans

Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading vehicles at retail locations and schools
• Lifting, carrying, and moving items weighing 25 pounds or more
• Operating hand trucks and pallet jacks
• Transporting small loads between corporate warehouse locations as needed
• Maintaining strong attention to detail and a team-oriented mindset
• Standing for extended periods while performing warehouse duties
• Reading, writing, and speaking English
• Working Saturdays and overtime during the peak back-to-school season
