About The Position

Provides transportation services for clients. Confirms logistical details of discharge plans prior to client departure, including drop-off location and contact as well as collection of belongings and prescriptions. Performs courier services. Assists with delivery and service of meals. Responsible for maintaining fleet vehicles and filling out required paperwork (mileage form, safety form, accident report, etc.). Performs all duties in a safe and clinically appropriate manner.

Requirements

• Must possess a valid Florida driver’s license
• At least two (2) years of professional driving experience
• Must have an insurable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) which includes being at least twenty-one (21) years old and having no major moving violations in the last three (3) years
• Must not have any at-fault accidents within the last three (3) years
• CPR certification required upon hire
• Ability to drive for prolonged periods of time
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds
• Ability to perform NAPPI (Non-Abusive Psychological and Physical Intervention) skills
