About The Position

What You’ll Do As a Driver Trainee, you’ll work alongside experienced drivers to: Assist with product deliveries to retail and on-premise accounts Learn delivery routes, customer service skills, and safety procedures Train to earn your Class-A CDL and become a full-time Route Driver Get a great workout while working in a fast-paced, physical environment Pay & Progression $23/hour to start $24/hour with CDL permit $25/hour with Class-A CDL Earn up to $68,000/year as a Route Driver after training! Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record (no DWI/OWI)
- Ability to pass: Drug screen, Criminal background check, DOT physical, Essential functions screening, MVR review
- Ability to obtain a Class-A CDL and Salesman’s Permit
- Commitment to responsible alcohol handling and compliance with all laws
- Lift up to 160 lbs from ground level
