About The Position

The Driver Trainee position is ideal for individuals interested in starting a career in the transportation industry. As a Driver Trainee, you will be trained to work as a Driver Helper while attending a CBW approved, qualified driving school. You will complete paid on-the-job training for making deliveries as you continue to learn route driving. While in the role you will develop the skills needed to become a CDL Driver. This role provides an excellent opportunity for career advancement within our company. Upon successful completion of the trainee program and obtaining your CDL, you will move into a Delivery Driver position. As a Delivery Driver, your schedule and compensation will be based on the specific routes assigned to you, differing from your Trainee schedule and compensation. CBW Drivers start around $75,000 per year.
