The Driver Tech will be responsible for promoting and implementing Penn Center's mission by participation in the transportation of residents for services to meet their specific needs. Responsibilities
- Assist resident with transportation to/from appointments
- Assists resident in and out of vehicles as well as in and out of clinics as necessary
- Assists resident with transportation of personal possessions as necessary.
- Provides 1:1 interaction with resident.
- Consults with treatment team as resident's mental/physical health indicates.
- Acts as a liaison between resident and care providers during appointments.
- Acts as a liaison between care providers and Penn Center team providing both verbal and written information as necessary.
- Ensures necessary paperwork accompanies consumer to appointments.
- Documents pertinent information in resident's chart as necessary.
