About The Position

As a Driver (Swing), your primary purpose is to learn various support roles such as Merchandising, Delivery, Reset, etc. You’ll provide customers with service of products in all stock areas within the store by delivering, stocking, merchandising, etc. (Non-inclusive description)

Requirements

Valid Class A CDL required.
DOT Med Card required.
Customer/Client Focus
Flexibility
Ability to read, perform basic math skills and operate a calculator required
Meet the following insurance and alcohol board criteria (required):
Aged 21 years or older
Verifiable CDL driving experience
No felonies within the past five years
No alcohol or controlled substance related offenses within the past two years
No theft within the past two years
No more than one reckless driving charge within the past three years

Responsibilities

Manage, arrange, rotate, stock and merchandise product and product-related POS (Point of Sale) materials within licensed retail outlets.
Unload and deliver product.
Create, develop and maintain goodwill in every account.
Honor all business and personal commitments with your customers.
Reset stores according to plan.
Run delivery route and/or assist route driver.
Rotate, stock and merchandise product at every retail account.
Build, merchandise and maintain all displays with proper POS (Point of Sale).
Merchandise and stock all coolers, backrooms, retail floor areas and cold or warm shelves to effectively sell company products.
Rotate products and adhere to company “Quality Assurance Policy” guidelines and “Move Product Policy” in all accounts.
Communicate with sales personnel to accomplish account strategies, programs and commitments.
Maintain adequate POS (Point of Sale) materials in your vehicle at all times.
Maintain a neat and professional appearance, abiding by company policy.
Drive your vehicle safely and with courtesy, obeying all laws, DOT requirements and company policies.
Report vehicle damage and required maintenance to management.
Keep vehicle neat and clean at all times.
Report competitive activities to your supervisor.
Attend meetings as required.
Obey company policies and company safety policies.
Provide hands-on training to newly hired drivers.
Perform other related duties as instructed by management.
