About The Position

A Lion TotalCare driver is primarily responsible for the pick-up and delivery of PPE items being serviced under contract. May perform limited on-site service provision such as inspection of new or unused product. Additionally, a driver will assist with activities associated with the distribution, inspection, cleaning, and tracking of Lion supplied products during off-road work hours. Pick up, delivery and services must be performed within timeframes established by the contract; therefore the job requires willingness to work varied hours and overtime. A LTC Receiving/Shipping Associate is responsible for the activities associated with the receipt and shipment of items into and from the Lion TotalCare Center. This includes receiving items from customers for clean, inspection and repair, and shipping these items back to the customer when work has been completed. Also, receiving orders from vendors and matching to purchase orders, and packaging and shipping cleaning products ordered by LTC customers.

Driving Build strong customer relationships by providing friendly and knowledgeable service.
Pick up and deliver at all daily scheduled locations.
Use portable data collector to capture all movement of product.
Confirm accuracy of products packed by delivery location before loading.
Adherence to security measures established by the fire department at all pick up/delivery locations.
Follow safe driving practices and traffic law Receiving Logging number of garments received per day
Query database for customer special instructions
Create job and production work order
Unassemble garments and tag
Process garments received according to cleaning type
Shipping Prepare garments for shipment - fold, bag and label
Print packing slip
Pack cartons
Ship in Carrier's system
