About The Position
As a Settlement Coordinator at Hirschbach Motor Lines, you will be responsible for processing loads for driver payroll and settlement through the Trip Jacket module of TMI. This includes verifying appropriate pay, deductions, reimbursements, and fuel card transactions. You will set up accounts for new owner operators in preparation for settlements, track owner operator and company assets, and update master files to maintain current and accurate information. Communication with company drivers, owner operators, and other departments is essential for addressing questions and issues. You will prepare weekly payroll/settlement for company drivers and owner operators, process pay transactions, audit work, and ensure timely payments for terminated owner operators. Additionally, you will maintain physical and electronic files, assist other settlement coordinators, and perform other duties as assigned to support the organization's objectives.
