Scope of Work The Driver Service Provider will deliver the following services: Provide safe transportation for authorized IRC personnel while on official duty and transport cargo/materials as instructed by IRC. Collect and deliver materials from project sites, warehouses, and suppliers as required. Operate IRC vehicles in full compliance with Lebanese traffic laws and IRC fleet policies. Maintain accurate and complete vehicle log sheets for all movements. Conduct daily vehicle checks and basic inspections in line with IRC fleet standards. Apply IRC procedures in case of accidents, incidents, or breakdowns and report promptly. Be available for field movements, including inter-office travel and overnight stays when required. Travel to all areas of Lebanon, subject to IRC security clearance and authorization. Perform services in line with IRC’s values and principles of integrity, service, equality, and accountability. Deliverables: The service provider’s performance will be assessed based on the following deliverables: Timely and professional delivery of transportation services as requested and authorized, which will be confirmed through the log sheet, and COC submitted at the end of each month Compliance with IRC safety, fleet, and security procedures throughout the contract period Reporting and Coordination: Primary Focal Point: Operations Assistant. The service provider will coordinate closely with the Logistics and Fleet teams for daily tasking and movement authorization. Requirements: Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience as a professional driver. Familiarity with NGO or humanitarian operations is an asset. No academic degree required. Valid public driving license at all times. Fluent in Arabic; basic working knowledge of English preferred. Strong time management, reliability, and professionalism. Demonstrated ability to work independently and responsibly.
