The Driver / Sales Trainee will work and receive training in product delivery driving, warehousing, customer service and sales. Hirsch has a career tract with opportunities to move up; even into management. 85% of Branch Managers started out as a Driver / Sales Trainee. “And that’s a fact!” Shift times are M-F 6:30/7:30am to 3:30pm/4:30pm and varies upon location.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Desire to provide exceptional customer service and build business relationships
• Desire to advance within the Company
• On the job training provided
• Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

Responsibilities

• Desire to advance into a sales position within the company
• Provide superior customer service to our clients’ needs
• Multiple Stops - pick up and deliver plumbing supplies/assist in warehouse (First 6 months-year)
