Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical labor.
Basic understanding of operations and safety protocols.
Physical stamina and strength, which are essential for handling heavy materials and performing manual tasks throughout the day.
Attention to detail is crucial for maintaining accurate inventory records and ensuring that all materials are stored safely.
Communication skills are also important, as the Warehouse Labor will need to work closely with other team members to coordinate logistics.

Nice To Haves

Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment is PREFERRED
Ability to operate a boom is a plus
Previous experience in a warehouse or construction environment.

Responsibilities

Load and unload construction materials and equipment from trucks and storage areas.
Ride along with company driver to job sites to deliver material
Assist in the preparation of materials for upcoming construction projects.
Collaborate with team members to facilitate efficient workflow and communication.
