Position name: Driver’s Education Instructor Facility name: Hawaii (Maui) Job Corps Center Location: Makawao, HI Schedule - Monday-Friday 7:45am - 11:30am Benefit package includes: 401(k) retirement plan Paid time off Paid holidays Professional development assistance Career advancement opportunities Job responsibilities: Responsible for monitoring and directing students in the driver’s education program, in compliance with government and management directives.
Requirements
- Valid certificate to teach driver's education in Hawaii.
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
Responsibilities
- Process students’ driver’s education applications
- Prepare students for written examination through lectures and discussions.
- Evaluate students’ performance.
- Determine the students’ readiness to complete the written and driving test.
- Other duties as assigned.
