About The Position

Assist in Driver Orientation: Collect and scan all documents and insure compliance with all new hires. Responsible for multiple reports including the Driver File Audit and Current Paid Orientation Scan, process, and maintain documents in Paycom Complete needed reports for New Hire's DQ files Process and send Driver Legal forms each week Responsible for assisting co-workers within the Recruiting department to insure maintenance of efficient, accurate and secure data. Complete employment verifications by requesting employment on drivers to complete employment history in Tenstreet Complete employment verifications requested from other employers and in Tenstreet for Big G Drivers Responsible for updating and maintaining the Orientation Spreadsheet Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • One year professional work experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to do what it takes to deliver exceptional results.
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise discretion and diplomacy when dealing with confidential and sensitive matters.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and people skills with the ability to interact effectively with employees and co-workers at all levels.
  • Ability to work as a member of a team and independently as needed.
  • Strong attention to details and a high level of organization skills.
  • High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

  • AS400/Innovative Transportation Software experience.
  • Bachelor's degree
