About The Position
Loudon County Trucking, an award-winning trucking company, is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team. Founded in 1996, we specialize in hauling aluminum and steel products, and we have a strong reputation in the industry. This position involves using our applicant tracking system to respond to potential employees who meet DOT and company standards, cold calling, and quickly responding to inquiries. You will pre-screen potential applicants, inform them about our operations and the benefits we offer, schedule driver orientations and training, and run reports such as background checks, MVR, and DAC reports. Additionally, you will utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads.
