As a CDL Driver Recruiter, you will be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding talented CDL drivers who are ready to hit the road.

Requirements

• Previous experience in recruiting, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with recruiting software and online job boards.
• A passion for helping drivers achieve their career goals.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing and identifying potential candidates through various channels.
• Conducting phone and in-person interviews to assess driver qualifications and fit.
• Managing the entire recruitment process from start to finish.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with drivers to ensure their satisfaction and retention.
• Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies.
