About The Position

Arepet Express, LLC is hiring an experienced Driver Recruiter to source and onboard CDL A Frac Sand Owner Operators for active oilfield operations in Oklahoma. This role focuses on recruiting owner operators with frac sand or bottom drop and pneumatic trailer experience to support high-volume, long-term work.

The ideal candidate has direct experience recruiting CDL A Owner Operators, understands oilfield trucking, and knows how to effectively reach drivers in the Oklahoma market.

Requirements

• 2+ years of CDL A driver recruiting experience
• Proven success recruiting Owner Operators (frac sand or oilfield preferred)
• Strong knowledge of frac sand hauling, bottom drop/pneumatic trailers, and oilfield operations
• Familiarity with Oklahoma oilfield regions and driver market
• Excellent phone, texting, and follow-up skills
• Ability to work independently and meet recruiting goals

Nice To Haves

• Existing network of Oklahoma frac sand owner operators
• Experience with Tenstreet ATS
• Understanding of DOT and oilfield compliance standards

Responsibilities

• Recruit, screen, and onboard CDL A Frac Sand Owner Operators in Oklahoma
• Source candidates through Indeed, Facebook groups, referrals, cold calling, and industry networks
• Conduct pre-screen interviews to verify frac sand experience, equipment, and availability
• Coordinate onboarding documentation (CDL, MVR, insurance, operating authority, drug & alcohol compliance)
• Maintain consistent follow-up to convert leads into active drivers
• Track recruiting activity and results using spreadsheets or ATS
• Work closely with operations to meet Oklahoma lane and volume needs
