About The Position
Position Overview: Process driver applications to Qualified status. Support national recruiters filling IMC Companies driver hiring needs. Job Description: Work with National Recruiting team to support their efforts to source, recruit and qualify applicants. Make outbound and answer incoming calls as needed to gather documentation from applicants. Contact other carriers to verify applicants driving experience. Process applicants to Qualified Pending by Safety Risk Management. Track and update all applicants in Tenstreet platform. Ensure applicants qualify and meet SRM criteria based on information from application, 3rd party qualifying reports and VOPEs. Responsible for verifying applicants previous driving experience as part of driver qualification. Reduce time safety spends reviewing applications by consistently providing quality applicant files. Manage time efficiently to qualify applicants in Tenstreet Applicant Tracking System.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Service or Call Center setting desirable
- Knowledge of DOT and FMCSA Regulations a benefit
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage time well
- Capacity to learn and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment
