The Porter is in charge of maintaining all vehicles in theservice area which includes detailing, cleaning, and preparing vehicles fordelivery to customers. Additionally, the Porter is responsible for lotmaintenance and driving duties as assigned. Part time Schedule: M-F 11:45am to 4:30pm

Requirements

High schooldiploma or GED required.
Excellent customerservice skills and experience is required.
Solid verbal,written, and interpersonal communication skills are required.
Experience workingindependently with minimal supervision is required.
Candidates mustsuccessfully complete criminal and motor vehicle background check andpre-employment drug screening.

Responsibilities

Strong focus oncustomer service and professionalism.
Shuttling guestsor customers if necessary.
Assists customerswith questions and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
Washing anddetailing of all customer and service vehicles to showroom quality.
Picking up ordelivering parts & vehicles as needed.
Vehicle inventorymaintenance.
Keep vehicle lotneat and orderly, moving units as directed and in accordance with dealershipdisplay standards
Light janitorialduties.
Assisting servicedepartment with tagging customer keys and vehicles.
Responsible forstarting vehicles and checking gas levels twice a week.
Maintainsorganization of customer vehicles in service lot.
Able to walk andstand for long periods of time as well as work outside in all weatherconditions.
Cleans drivewayand sidewalks, removing snow and debris as necessary.
Adhere to allcompany policies and procedures, OSHA and other safety regulations, and allstate mandated regulations.
