About The Position

Bell Plumbing and Heating is seeking a professional and dependable Driver to support our Plumbing Install Sales Project Manager. This position will be responsible for safely driving the Sales Project Manager to customer appointments, job sites, and supplier locations, as well as assisting with materials, deliveries, and general support needs throughout the workday.

The ideal candidate will be prompt, reliable, and professional, with strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office programs to assist with scheduling, communication, and tracking tasks.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado driver’s license.
• Must be insurable under company policy.
• Must pass a drug test, including marijuana.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong attendance record — prompt and reliable.
• Professional appearance and demeanor required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and assist with loading/unloading.

Nice To Haves

• Knowledge of the Denver metro area is a plus.
• Previous experience in a driving, delivery, or administrative support role preferred.
• Familiarity with ServiceTitan or similar field service management software.

Responsibilities

• Safely drive the Plumbing Install Sales Project Manager to and from customer appointments, job sites, and other destinations.
• Assist with loading and unloading tools, materials, and equipment as needed.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness, fuel levels, and perform basic inspections to ensure readiness.
• Support administrative and communication tasks using Microsoft Office, Teams, Outlook, and Excel.
• Assist with organizing schedules, updating job information, and tracking materials as directed.
• Follow assigned routes and schedules efficiently and on time.
• Represent Bell Plumbing and Heating in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Communicate effectively with team members regarding daily plans or route changes.
• Follow all traffic laws, safety standards, and company policies.
