Driver (Per Diem)
About The Position
Duffy's Napa Valley Rehab is seeking to hire an on call (as needed) Driver to provide safe and efficient transportation services for clients and medication pick-ups. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Pick up or transports visitors or staff as needed. Transport patients for admissions and discharges. May drive company facility vehicle to pick-up supplies or equipment as needed. Respond and adhere to “on call” schedule as required. Accurately and appropriately complete all transportation documentation. Maintain vehicle log(s) and report maintenance issues to appropriate facility staff. Ensure all company vehicles are kept clean.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid State Driver's License required.
- First Aid, CPR, required (training available upon hire and offered by facility).
- All employment offers are contingent on candidates successfully passing a background check and drug screen.
- All new hires must disclose COVID-19 vaccination status prior to beginning employment and if required, provide proof of Covid-19 vaccination series or an accommodation request for review and approval as a condition of employment after accepting an offer from Duffy's Napa Valley.
