But at the heart of our business is our people. Role Purpose Responsible for operating high lift trucks to transport and load catering supplies, cargo, and other materials to and from aircraft. This position requires a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and adherence to airport and company protocols What you will be doing Actively participate in the company’s Safety Management System (SMS). Safely operate high lift trucks to load and unload catering supplies, cargo, and other materials to and from aircraft. Ensure proper placement and securement of loads to prevent damage during transport. Adhere to all airport safety regulations and company policies. Conduct pre- and post-operation inspections of equipment to ensure it is in proper working condition. Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately. Communicate effectively with ground operations staff, catering personnel, and flight crews to ensure timely and accurate deliveries. Coordinate with other team members to optimize workflow and minimize delays. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including quantities, destinations, and any discrepancies. Complete required documentation for tracking and reporting purposes. Provide courteous and professional service to all airport personnel and flight crews. Address any concerns or issues promptly and escalate to the supervisor when necessary. Other Duties as Assigned. What we are looking for: High school diploma or equivalent required Must be 18 years or older. Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (must meet G2 Driving Policy) One-year relevant experience operating commercial motor vehicles Ability to operate high lift trucks and other ground support equipment safely. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in various weather conditions and perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving heavy object. Must be available and flexible to work variable shifts including weekends and holidays. Previous customer service experience preferred Experience operating a vehicle in a secured/restricted zone. Previous experience in operating high lift trucks or similar. Experience in an airport or aviation-related environment. Must be able to speak, read and write in English proficiently. Must be able to pass all pre-employment testing including drug testing & background check Must be able to obtain and maintain all required Airport and Custom badges/seals. Requirements
